Domain Purpose & Philosophy
At a minimum, this is a vanity domain. But I'm loathe to be greedy,
and I'm greatly offended at those businesses that buy up surname
domains and then offer to sell email addresses to people with that
surname.
So if you're a Stremler, by blood, marriage, or transubstantiation, then
drop me a line and say "Hi." And
we can set up a forwarding email address from the stremler.net domain
to the email address of your choice.
(Note: If you're a junkmailer, or trying to sell me something,
go away. You have been warned.)
And if you want to put some machines in a subdomain, I can do that
without too much trouble. No guarantees, of course, as you get what
you pay for, and it doesn't feel right to charge family. I deliberately
didn't buy up all of the stremler.tld domains I could get my hands on
for this reason -- some other Stremler might want a domain of his or
her own. And indeed, this appears to be the case.
