Mortgage Spreadsheet
Getting your head around mortgage numbers is difficult. It's not in
the best interests of the folks trying to sell you a mortgage to
educate you on this matter either.
Here's a spreadsheet to help you grapple with the whole mess. (April 2005)
Note that the AppleWorks version is the most advanced version. I have
not taken the time to back-port the enhancements to the Star Office
version.
